What are the Ticket Office hours?

Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm. The office is closed on the weekends. Internet sales are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week at tickets.gocrimson.com.

How do I get to the Athletic Ticket Office?

The Ticket Office is located in the Murr Center, 65 N. Harvard Street, Boston.  The Murr Center is adjacent to Harvard Stadium.  The Ticket Office is located on the street side of the building on the first floor, behind the elevator. Metered parking is available on weekdays behind the football stadium, along the hedge of the baseball outfield.

Does the Ticket Office send out order confirmations?

If you order online tickets, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.  If you have questions about a phone or mail order, you can contact the Ticket Office at 617-495-2211 or email harvtix@fas.harvard.edu .

What if I have a ticket problem (i.e. lost tickets) and the Ticket Office is closed?

If the tickets have been lost or stolen, please go to the Ticket Office will call (of the event) and an available ticket representative will be able to assist you. If you are not the ticket holder, please bring documentation from the original ticket holder authorizing you to have access to those specific tickets.

Does a baby/child need a ticket?

Children 3 or under do not require a ticket to Harvard events, however children without tickets will not have their own seat.

How can I have someone else pick up my tickets?

- Student tickets must be picked up by the student with their valid HUID.
- Tickets ordered by the general public, faculty, or alumni can be picked up by a third party if the request is made at the time of the order.
